Bachelor bombshell
It's the end of an era for "The Bachelor," "The Bachelorette" and "Bachelor in Paradise." On June 8, Chris Harrison confirmed that he's leaving the franchise after 19 years at the helm. "I've had a truly incredible run as host of The Bachelor franchise and now I'm excited to start a new chapter," he wrote on Instagram. "I'm so grateful to Bachelor Nation for all of the memories we've made together. While my two-decade journey is wrapping up, the friendships I've made will last a lifetime." Page Six reported that Chris demanded a $25 million buyout. It's not known if he got it. Earlier this year, Chris had taken a leave of absence from the show after defending contestant Rachel Kirkconnell for her controversial racist past actions.

Rehab stint
Armie Hammer checked into a Florida in-patient rehab facility at the end of May to seek treatment for "drug, alcohol and sex issues," Vanity Fair reported on June 8. In January, the actor was accused by multiple women of sexual violence and emotional abuse. Meanwhile, he exited multiple projects in the wake of those allegations and the emergence of screen grabs allegedly written by him in which he discussed cannibalism and sexual fantasies involving rape. According to Vanity Fair, Armie checked into rehab on May 31 and plans to stay for "as long as it takes to get healthy." A friend added, "This is a clear sign that he is taking back control [of] his life and knows that this [is] a step towards his overall well being."
Mea culpa
Ellie Kemper has broken her silence regarding her involvement in a debutante ball with a troubling history. As a teen, the star of "The Office" was crowned the "Queen of Love and Beauty" at the Veiled Prophet Ball in St. Louis. The organization that puts on the ball was founded by former Confederate officers and didn't allow Black members for 101 years. "When I was 19 years old, I decided to participate in a debutante ball in my hometown," the "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" star said in a statement on June 7. "The century-old organization that hosted the debutante ball had an unquestionably racist, sexist and elitist past. I was not aware of the history at the time, but ignorance is no excuse. I was old enough to have educated myself before getting involved. I unequivocally deplore, denounce, and reject white supremacy." She continued, "At the same time, I acknowledge that because of my race and my privilege, I am the beneficiary of a system that has dispensed unequal justice and unequal rewards. I believe strongly in the values of kindness, integrity and inclusiveness. I try to live my life in accordance with these values. If my experience is an indication that organizations and institutions with pasts that fall short of these beliefs should be held to account, then I have to see this experience in a positive light."
Voluptuous videos
Oh. My. Goodness. Lady Gaga sent hearts racing this week after sharing an Instagram post that showed her in a suggestive pose while lying on her stomach in a garden. In the quick videos, her cleavage is on full display, as her low-cut light shirt fights hard to keep her from busting out. While most were left speechless, Gaga didn't elaborate much either, simply captioning the Instagram post with a series of rainbow-colored heart emojis to show to her support for Pride Month. Go ahead, Gaga, break the Internet.
New couple alert
Kanye West has moved on from his marriage — with a model. On June 9, multiple media outlets reported that Yeezy celebrated his 44th birthday with Victoria's Secret model Irina Shayk in the French region of Provence. The two had been linked for several weeks, but the birthday getaway finally confirmed it. TMZ reported that the two are "100% romantically together." Page Six reported that Kanye and Irina, who shares a daughter with actor Bradley Cooper, are dating. "It's casual at the moment, but they are into each other," one insider shared. "It's been going on for a few weeks now." People magazine also confirmed the two are seeing each other, noting, there's "interest from both sides."
Sorry, not sorry
Kid Rock was captured on video casually hurling a homophobic slur while on stage at a Tennessee bar last weekend. "You f****** f****** with your iPhones out!" he screamed at the crowd videoing his performance. He then told the iPhone camera-holders to post videos of his crotch rather than videos of him. He even pointed at his crotch. This week, he doubled down on his wording but tried to distance himself from his "Kid Rock" persona and addressed his Twitter followers by his real name. "If Kid Rock using the word f***** offends you, good chance you are one," he wrote. "Either way, I know he has a lot of love for his gay friends and I will have a talk with him. Have a nice day. -Bob Ritchie."
Mom-shamed
Emily Ratajkowski was mom-shamed this week over the way she held her baby in an Instagram picture. On June 6, the model-designer posted a series of images while on vacation with her 3-month-old son, Sylvester Apollo Bear. In one of the photos, Sylvester's head was tilted to the side. Almost instantaneously, the critical Instagram comments came rushing in. Eventually, she turned the comments off on the post, but that only made the Internet baby-holding experts comment on other Instagram photos. Emily didn't respond, but she did pose in a $3,200 bra while celebrating her 30th birthday.
It's over
Welcome to a post-Kardashians world. On June 10, the famous reality TV family ended its "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" show on E! after 20 seasons and 277 episodes. The family got emotional throughout the week as the series finale loomed, as many of them hyped up the last show via social media. Although the E! series has ended, the network is milking the family for every last drop, as a two-part reunion hosted by Andy Cohen is set to air on June 17 and June 20. While Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner and Kris Jenner won't be showing up on E! after the reunion, they won't be off of TV all together, as they've inked a multi-year deal with Disney to produce "new global content" for streaming platform Hulu.
