Sheeran married his longtime girlfriend Cherry Seaborn in a secret ceremony in early 2019. Sheeran described it as a “tiny affair, with hardly anyone there,” on “a random day in the middle of January, in the middle of nowhere. … No one knew, no one came to it, we lit candles, and we got married, went back, and had a curry." They ended up having a party a few months later to celebrate, after finally revealing the news.

Not even Kravitz’s mom was in attendance, which was later a source of family strife between them.

The two were married at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle, then took a carriage ride through Windsor grounds. Markle wore a Givenchy dress and Queen Mary’s diamond bandeau tiara, then changed into a Stella McCartney gown for the reception at Frogmore House, after a first reception at St. George’s Hall and a luncheon thrown by the Queen at Buckingham Palace. A total of 600 guests attended the ceremony, with 200 attending the reception. George and Amal Clooney as well as Elton John were among the celebs in attendance. They were married at the Aman-e-Khas luxury resort just outside the Ranthambore tiger sanctuary, and it's rumored Brand bought a rare female tiger at the sanctuary for Perry as a wedding gift. It was referred to as a "private ceremony" but it included celeb guests like Anna Wintour and a performance by P. Diddy. Elephants, horses, and 21 camels were reportedly part of Brand's procession.

The couple flew on private jets and stayed in a $3,500-per-night cottage, and guests were driven from the airport in Aguilera's Rolls-Royce Phantom, which had been shipped from LA. The ceremony featured a performance by a gospel choir and Aguilera wore a custom Christian Lacroix dress. Aguilera herself performed at the reception, which had been decked out to look like a winter wonderland with hundreds of birch trees and white faux fur–trimmed tables and glitter-dipped floral centerpieces. Afterward, there was a disco after-party in a wine cellar. The two honeymooned at a private villa in Bali.

Schumer and Fischer were married in a "casual afternoon ceremony" in Malibu with 80 guests after only a few months of dating. Comedian John Early officiated in drag and Schumer wore a $5,000 Monique Lhuillier dress, which is inexpensive compared to most celeb wedding dresses. While many stars were in attendance, the ceremony and reception were described as "low-key," involving mostly dancing and sitting around a fireplace. The ceremony was planned in only four days and that she invited guests via text message.
16. Lavish: Nicole Richie and Joel Madden

While Richie and Madden did get married at home, they were married in a lavish Versailles-themed tent. Their 155-person guest list, which included stars like Gwen Stefani and Ellen Pompeo, were greeted by an elephant when they arrived, which had apparently been a dream of Richie's since she was a kid. Nicole wore three custom-made Marchesa dresses for the wedding and a Neil Lane ring. Guests were also treated to an after-party hosted by Samantha Ronson.
