WAVES OF SOUTHERN BUYERS TO FLOOD COAST MARKET
Mr Offermann said the agency was currently working with five celebrities, including a big name from the United States entertainment industry, and several very high-profile business people.
"The most affluent buyers usually have a wish list that includes being on the front row which can be either the beachfront along Hastings St, a waterfront home on Noosa Sound or Noosa Waters, or absolute beachfront living along the eastern beaches from Sunshine Beach to Peregian Beach," Mr Offermann said.
"The Noosa hinterland has also been popular."
Here are just some celebrities who have spent big on Sunshine Coast properties.
