By Neha Verma: TV actor Aditya Singh Rajput was found dead on May 22, in the bathroom of his Andheri home. He succumbed due to a drug overdose and was pronounced dead when brought to the hospital.
CELEBS REACT TO ACTOR ADITYA’S DEATH
Following his tragic death, several stars from the industry offered their heartfelt tribute to the actor. TV actress Sweety Walia, who was a close friend of Aditya, wrote, “My friendship with Aditya is very deep. He was such a cheerful boy, he used to give a lot of respect to those who were older than him. The news of his death has left me broken. I got his message a few days back. I got an injury and he had been sending me voice messages. No one says that you are hurt, you will be fine. His last message was, Come home soon.. I will feed you Maggi”. Sweety further says, “I still hope this news is false. I came to know about this an hour ago and couldn't believe it. He lived alone in Mumbai. He was an animal lover and had adopted a seven month old puppy some time ago. Don't know what will happen to his dog now.”

Mohit Kapoor also commented on Aditya's sudden demise and said, “Sushant, Siddharth and now Aditya.. humari industry ko nazar lag agyi hai''
Sabyasachi Sathpaty, a TV personality who appeared on Big Boss said, “I cannot believe that Aditya is no more in this world. Someone's departure at such a young age is very shocking. My soul is trembling thinking about his parents. I can only pray for them. Aditya often used to mention his mother. He had a great desire to appear in Bigg Boss. When I came from there, he told me that he is also being approached by the channel. He said that he will come back after having a lot of fun. He was always the life of the party and would never leave any chance to have fun.”

Aditya Singh Rajput was found dead in the bathroom of the 11-floor high rise apartment he inhabited. His friend and the guard of the apartment building took him to the nearby hospital where he was declared dead upon arrival.
Aditya was born in Delhi and began his career as a model. He appeared in films like Maine Gandhi Ko Nahin Mara and Krantiveer. He took part in reality series like Splitsvilla 9 and worked on TV projects like Love, Ashiqui, Code Red, Aawaz Season 9, Bad Boy Season 4, and others. He appeared in almost 300 advertisements overall.
