LIP fillers and Botox have made some celebrities almost unrecognizable.
One pop icon has even fallen victim to the "Spock brow" effect, but experts say there might be a fix to the cosmetic faux pas.
Cosmetic specialists weighed in on what they think are some of the worst celebrity fillers.
Three experts spoke exclusively to The U.S. Sun about the substandard work and how to best address it.
From reality stars to singers, four celebrities have topped the botched list.
MADONNA
The 65-year-old has received a lot of media attention for her dramatic change in appearance over the years.

Madonna has had a combination of cosmetic surgeries and fillers on her face, according to an expert in the field — and the results are not flattering.
"She has overdone the facial plastic surgery, in conjunction with her fillers and her overly frozen forehead," registered nurse Tara Adashev said.
"While surgery isn’t always reversible, a solution for these drastic changes is filling the areas that look too hollow."
The health professional, who works at Neinstein Plastic Surgery, explained that "using less Botox in the forehead will prevent her eyebrows from 'Spocking' and looking unnatural."

She added that Madonna "is now unrecognizable due to her overly augmented look."
Neethi Masur, who works as an APRN at SKINNEY Medspa, broke down how Spock brows are formed and what can be done to prevent them.
"Typically, a 'Spock Brow' can happen after Botox injections," she explained, referring to a look that resembles Dr. Spock from Star Trek.
"One reason is overtreating depressors and/or undertreating elevators in the outer half of the forehead.
"It can easily be fixed by adding one to two units in the frontalis near the arch of the brow."
Dr. Ira Savetsky also weighed in on the pop icon's facial appearance, which she described as "an unnaturally exaggerated V-shape" that "appears fuller and tighter than her natural features."
[Madonna] an excessive amount of filler injected into her cheeks and temples, causing her cheeks to appear disproportionately high.

The board-certified plastic surgeon predicted that the singer's appearance was due to "an overly aggressive facelift procedure and excessive use of dermal fillers."
"It appears that Madonna underwent a deep plane facelift technique and was pulled in an overly vertical orientation, which resulted in an imbalanced distribution of volume in her face," she explained.
"Specifically, there appears to be an excessive amount of volume in her cheeks, which creates a relative hollowness in the lower face."
Dr. Savetsky added that Madonna also has "an excessive amount of filler injected into her cheeks and temples, causing her cheeks to appear disproportionately high and her eyes to appear smaller."
She recommended hyaluronidase as a corrective measure but explained that corrective surgery may be necessary to address the "overly pulled and exaggerated" V-shape.
FARRAH ABRAHAM
Farrah Abraham, best known for MTV’s 16 & Pregnant and Teen Mom, has been open about her facial plastic surgery in the past.
The 32-year-old has also dabbled in many facial non-surgical injectables.
Adashev broke down the reality star's transformation and suggested a natural fix.
"While she had a rounder, youthful face on the TV show she has overdone it in the filler realm," she said.
[Farrah has] overdone filler in [her] medial and lateral cheekbones, tear troughs, lips, and nasolabial folds.
Neethi Masur
"Her cheeks no longer look human-like and are overly filled. Additionally, her lips are overfilled, making them disproportional to the rest of her face."
The specialists suggested that Farrah should let her lip fillers dissolve on their own to preserve skin tissue.
Masur agreed that Farrah has "overdone filler in [her] medial and lateral cheekbones, tear troughs, lips, and nasolabial folds."
Dr. Savetsky also shared her thoughts on the television personality's fillers.
"It appears that she has undergone multiple filler treatments, including cheek fillers, lip fillers, and jawline fillers," she said.
"Her facial features appear fuller and more contoured than her natural appearance."
The doctor explained that if Farrah's appearance was due to hyaluronic acid-based fillers, then the most effective way to address it would be through the use of hyaluronidase.
She explained that the injectable enzyme can break down the hyaluronic acid in the fillers.
"This process allows the body to naturally absorb and eliminate the filler product," Dr. Savestsky said.
"However, it's important to note that this method is only effective for hyaluronic acid-based fillers and may not be suitable for other types of fillers."
LISA RINNA
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was "well known in the 2000s aesthetic world for her overly filled lips," according to Adashev.
"With her tiny frame, your eye tends to be drawn to right to her lips as an odd feature," she said.
"While you can have a plump pout, it should be in proportion to the rest of your face."
Adashev added that the "overly plumped look in regard to fillers is a trend that is definitely on its way out."
Masur agreed that Lisa "has historically been known for big lips and they have not fluctuated up and down throughout the years."
RAMONA SINGER
Another star of the Real Housewives dynasty, Ramona has received attention for her constant look of surprise.
"While she opened up about her facelift, she still is being underdosed on her Botox causing this overly exaggerated arch of the brow," Adashev said.
The expert explained that this error can be corrected in the two weeks following a Botox appointment by adding two to four units to the peak of the brow to drop it slightly.
"This will keep the eyelids open and not heavy," the registered nurse said.
Both Adashev and Masur compared the 67-year-old's brows to those of actor Jack Nicholson.
"Jack Nicholson has also fallen into this eyebrow wrinkle pattern," Adashev said.
"His eyebrows, when due for more neurotoxin, spike to his hairline."
"It is important to point out, in cases like Jack, many will find his arching endearing and part of his charm and uniqueness," Masur added.
