Priyanka Chopra Jonas got a head start on her Diwali celebrations this year, with a few of her celeb besties by her side. In a brand new Instagram post, Priyanka, 39, partied with Mindy Kaling and Lilly Singh in Los Angeles, California, while rocking a stunning two-piece ensemble.
Also on the celebration schedule was a Diwali-themed collab between Phenomenal and Live Tinted, which "highlights the themes of community, pride, and light" of the holiday.
Priyanka's bedazzled lehenga blouse totally shows off her toned core—and it's a huge moment. Fans in the comment section agreed: "👑👑👑," wrote The Morning Show star Reese Witherspoon, while another user added, "You look absolutely stunning!! ❤️."

So, just how does she stay in such great shape? For starters, she likes to keep her fitness routine relaxed and balanced. “Life is just really fast-paced and you don't have to kill yourself in the gym,” she told Women's Health. “You don't have to starve yourself. I love having my pizzas and burgers and buffalo wings, on the side, for sure. But I like staying fit as well.”
Priyanka's day-to-day is pretty busy, so she focuses on getting her heart rate up whenever she can. “I try to be active in everyday life—I take the stairs instead of the elevators or walk instead of driving.” she told Vogue India.
Priyanka also added that staying fit comes in handy when learning new stunts. “I do all my fights myself. I trust my body and my instincts,” she said. And, she's been working on her relationship with her body: “I don't listen to my body. My body listens to me. I can't afford to be sick or low on energy,” Priyanka added. “It's mind over matter: I'm going to have a good day, and not in that fake 'Happy girls are the best girls!' way.”
When she's in the gym, Priyanka is big on cardio. Her fave way to squeeze some extra steps in while she's on the go? Jumping rope, a.k.a. skipping. “I love skipping. I learned it really really well in school,” she said in a video interview. “I try to get my cardio in my skipping. It's easy to carry, you have your skipping rope in your bag, it's easy to do.”
Sometimes, she switches to strength training, when she needs a tougher workout to prep for an upcoming role. “Honestly, I work out only when I need to,” she told Vogue India. “My body responds very quickly to exercise, so I don’t need too long to tone up and get into shape.”
Either way, it's definitely working for her. So here for it!
